What is Hospice?
Hospice programs are a free Medicare Benefit available to support patients, families, and caregivers that face the trauma of terminal illness circumstances.
Our hospice program is designed to meet and exceed all of your needs for end-of-life care. Our complete plan of care includes assessments and programs for pain management, as well as social, emotional, and spiritual support for the patient and their family.

Nurses
Hospice Aides/Homemakers
Medical Social Workers
Chaplain
Volunteers
Bereavement services
Medical equipment & prescription drugs (directly related to terminal diagnosis)
